By accessing or using Glancelytics ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Glancelytics provides privacy-first website analytics. Our Service allows you to track visitor statistics on your websites without using cookies or collecting personal data.

We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.

To use Glancelytics, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use Glancelytics to:

• Track websites you do not own or have permission to track
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Resell the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers

Your use of Glancelytics is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your analytics data. We process data on your behalf as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring your use of analytics complies with applicable privacy laws.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glancelytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
