Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Glancelytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Section 2

Description of service

Glancelytics provides privacy-first website analytics. The service helps you understand traffic and usage patterns without relying on cookies or building advertising profiles.

We offer free and paid subscription plans with different features and usage limits, as described on our pricing page.

Section 3

Account registration

To use Glancelytics, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Section 4

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Glancelytics to:

  • Track websites you do not own or have permission to track
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • Resell the service without authorization

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Creem.

  • Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers

Data and privacy

Your use of Glancelytics is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your analytics data. We process data on your behalf as a data processor, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of analytics complies with the laws that apply to you.

Section 7

Service availability

We aim to maintain a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Section 8

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glancelytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Section 9

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
